Returning or Exchanging an Order

This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website.

By law, customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is returned in its original condition and unused. As we aim to provide a high standard of service, we allow the return of an unwanted online order up to 21 days from delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will give you a returns number, which must be included along with the items being returned, original packaging where possible, name and telephone number of the person that placed the original order, and order number. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

A prompt refund will be issued if the item received is unused, in its original condition and includes all the above information. We will credit the Paypal account used for the original purchase at the original price. If there are any problems, a member of our customer services team will contact you.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
